Bill Mandris
President and Owner
Bill has spent most of his life in the welding industry. He apprenticed in Alberta and attained his Pressure Ticket and Journeyman Tickets there. Bill has many years of practical as well as teaching experience including working in the Alberta oil fields, refineries, production, construction and teaching.

Gail McCallum
Vice-President and Owner
Gail retired from the Halton District School Board after 30 years of service that included Adult Education, Office Manager and Field Supervisor Plant Operations. She manages the college office including advertising, accounts, etc.

 

Howard Locke
Instructor

Howard is a Journeyperson Welder with Red Seal Status. He holds Canadian Welding Bureau and TSSA qualifications. He has a lifetime of experience in the welding industry including structural, fabrication, pipe.

 

Terry Bolton
Instructor

Terry holds Canadian Welding Bureau and TSSA qualifications. His welding experience includes fabrication and pipe.
 

 

Nick Rin
Instructor

Nick holds Canadian Welding Bureau and TSSA Qualifications. His welding experience includes welder/fitter, structural and pressure pipe welding.

 
 

Matthew Shaw
Assistant Instructor
Matt is a graduate of the college. He holds Canadian Welding Bureau and TSSA Qualifications. Matt has experience in structural and pressure welding.


 

Wayne McCallum
Instructor/Business Agent

Wayne is the Canadian Welding Bureau Test Coordinator and Blueprint Reading for Welders Instructor. In addition, he is our computer expert.
 

 

Kevin DeCourcy
Cutter
Kevin is a recent graduate from our Welder Operator Program. He holds Canadian Welding Bureau Qualifications and assists the Instructors when required.

 

Charlene Goguen
Office Manager

Charlene looks after the office – registers new students, conducts tours, prepares resumes and monitors the job market, etc.

 

Lincoln
College Mascot

Lincoln adopted the college as his home after coming to us a starving injured cat. His chief duty (which he takes very seriously) is to welcome visitors and to make new students feel at home and relax.
